Lexical-Phraseological Analysis of Rezo Inanishvili's "Evening Notes"

Abstract

 Rezo Inanishvili's storytelling style is determined by the colloquial language of the people. The use of nicknames is typical of his stories. Sometimes the names of the author's characters become nicknames of the family, and sometimes these nicknames come from the appearance of the ancestors. It is noteworthy that some nicknames are also derived from the abbreviation of a surname or a name, or the surname of a fellow villager is turned into a name.
